Of course, we throw out some Daily Plays of the Week.  We have an unprecedented number of Challenge Flags thrown in today’s episode.  To break down the challenge flag for new listeners, first of all, welcome to The Flex!  A Challenge Flag is thrown when there is a bet laid out on the show.  We keep a tally of the Challenge Flags throughout the course of the season and when a loser of challenges is declared, the winner chooses a degrading activity for the loser to perform which will be broadcast live on our website and YouTube channel.
